I waited years for this to be published, it never was. I don't believe its of any value to anyone if you don't already own all 20 volumes.
Basically all I did was scan each index at the back of each volume and combined all the pages together. It comes out to a 219 page searchable PDF.
I find that the best way to use it is to download the file, though you can search it online at issuu, but I think its better to download to your desktop and open with Windows Reader, because reader offers a complete list of results for each search.
I always found it very difficult to find something without having to open 20 volumes and look through each index. Its now all together. I did this for myself but also thought I'd like to share it.
If you don't own the complete Me'am lo'oz Torah Anthology I'd recommend purchasing it, its worth every penny.
BTW Its not available to read online, you have to purchase it. Its the one of the cornerstones of my own library and central to my study of Torah.
